- • To officially secure your viewing and reserve the unit, a once off payment is required. This is not an extra fee — it forms part of your total rental deposit and is structured as follows: • Sunset Homes administration & processing • Advance portion of your property deposit Why this payment is important: This step allows us to reserve the unit in your name, preventing it from being offered to other applicants while your viewing is arranged. It also enables the landlord to: ✔ Prepare and release keys/access tags ✔ Confirm your viewing appointment ✔ Secure the promotional offer attached to the unit Included Benefit: You qualify for the one month rent FREE promotion, which is only secured once this step is completed. Balance: The remaining balance to complete your full deposit will only be required at a later stage. Your peace of mind: Should you attend the viewing and decide not to proceed, the process remains 100% refundable no risk to you. Important: Due to high demand, units are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Completing this step promptly ensures you don’t miss out.
